This happens when the temp goes below 50 degrees…even when I don’t have a cold. It’s not allergies, either..as far as I know, unless I’m allergic to the cold!! And I don’t like having to take Sudofed when I’m not actually sick. Are there any homeopathic cures for this?? Thanks!

it happens to everybody………. your nose just dosen’t like to be cold
If you find out..please let me know!
Your nose gets tired of walking during Spring, Summer, and Autumn.
because its cold and most likely u will get a cold
Under ordinary circumstances, the nose and sinuses produce as much as four cups of mucus every 24 hours. This mucus is constantly being swept back into the throat and subsequently swallowed. On a very cold day, when both the temperature and relative humidity are low, the nasal blood vessels dilate so more blood reaches the nose and thus its mucus and heat machine. Because more liquid is being produced in the nose than can be swept back into the throat, the nose “runs.”
it’s caused by a virus that survives in very cold conditions. the virus breaks down a wall in your nose, allowing snot to run freely.
my mom is allergic to the cold, as well. she can’t go out in it. i hope you can find a way around it. it is a lasting season, perhaps you can sport caps and scarfs. God bless us all…
