just wanted tips on how to take better care of my hair.
Its curly and a little below my shoulders.
i would like to know maybe best shampoos/conditioners or right type of brush.
you know just how to get my hair in better shape.

    just wash and condidtion as much as possible : )

    Use professional shampoo and conditioner. Store bought (target, walmart, walgreens, ect) have VERY high pH levels that dry out hair and strip it of its proteins. They also cover hair with a waxy substance making it hard for hair to hold a curl or straighten.

    When your hair is wet use a wade tooth comb to brush it out. And if you are using heat use a heat protector.

    I reccomend Avedas Be Curly Shampoo & Conditioner and Avedas Brilliant Damage Control for a heat protector.

    worth the investment to save your hair.

    ACTUALLY* try to wash and condition every other day. Having your own natural oils will help strengthen your hair!

    these steps work really good for me.

    my hair is:
    Color treated, wavy, thick, puffy, shoulder lengh and i have alot of hair.

    1. i use color treated shampoo and condituner i use dumb blonde from Bed head works great
    (i don’t trust or like drug store shampoo)

    2. hair mask are great to mousterize and soften the hair so do it once a week.

    3. use hair styling products that are for your hair.
    i use redken, bed head to protect my hair from damage.
    my hair puffy so i use anti- frizz and also gets dry if i dont use proctection so i use this cream to make it soft and helthy.

    i hope it helps even dow we have different hair types just know that hair needs moisturizing proctection and once in a while it needs a day off from all the chemicals we put on our hair:)
