Ok you may or may not have seen my previous questions about breast growth since I have alot, but I’m 16 and am only an A cup. I really have trouble finding shirts that fit me and am not happy with how they look. I don’t really care what guys think b/c I’m in a serious relationship of 3 years. I just want better fitting shirts. So if I started taking breast supplements would it induce growth since I’m still in puberty?

Usually, so called herbal supplements for breast growth, either don’t make any difference or cause side effects. So, instead of taking such supplements on your own, consult a doctor or add foods to your diet that are said to induce breast growth like dairy products and protein rich diet.

Question by Kay: What exercise equipment would you recommend for Abs?
I’m looking for something that will my my abs rock hard and my stomach flat, but in a short amount of time. I go to school and if I try to do regular workouts without gym equipment I either A) forget or B) don’t have time. So I would need something I can do in 30 minutes or less. I would also need something not very pricey. I don’t eat a lot of junk food, of any at all, and i normally eat healthy. Any suggestions?

The answer depends on which all dietary supplements, but your best (and safest) bet would be to ask a pharmacist if there are any interactions listed between the drugs and supplements you’d like to take. Doctors and pharmacists both have access to a database of drug and supplement interactions and they can tell you quickly if you can safely take them together or not…. anyone here will just have a best guess from searching on the internet (which isn’t always accurate, as we all know)
I don’t personally imagine it would be an issue for those two as those are required nutrients, but I don’t have access to that database so I couldn’t verify. Good luck and I hope I helped!

had this bomb dropped on me:
“I won’t have sex with you because you don’t believe in what I believe.”

She is not talking about religion, but her belief in homeopathy, animal communicators and crap like “what the bleep?”. I don’t hassle or tease her about this stuff, I keep my criticism to myself, but she knows I put no value in it at all. I trust reason above “belief” for my interaction with the world.

Obviously things aren’t going great with the wife, haven’t had sex in a while (despite my desire).
So when she says this, I am suddenly at the point where I need to make a choice.

What would you do?

Sex isn’t everything! You can love someone in other ways. Men will always think one way, but women go through body changes and men don’t always understand. We are only hearing your side of the story, not hers. I would suggest you contact a marriage counselor. You’ve been with each other for years, it would be stupid to divorce her for this.

If you love her, go out of your way in understanding her. Become her buddy once again!

Question by Pepperment: Would it be okay for me to use Similasan Homeopathic Earache Relief on my dog?
Obviously I have never shared medication with my dog before however, I am in a bit of a bind. My dog has an ear infection and she gets them quite often. I have been using Children’s Benedryl for her and this was suggested by the Vet when she has allergy issues so, I assumed it wouldn’t hurt to give her some for the ear infection. Then, I thought about something. For my own ears I have been using a non prescription medication called Similasan Healthy Relief Homeopathic ear drops. The active ingredient in it is Glycerin 10ml/0.33 fl oz. It also contains Chamomilla 10x Mercuris Solubilis 15x and Sulphur 12x. Would this be okay to use on my dog until I can get her to a vet? If not does anyone have any idea what I can use until I am able to make an appointment with the Vet? My dog is a Cockapoo and I would guess she weighs in around 25lbs (give or take a few lbs.) Thanks for your help! Both Bailey and I appreciate it!
Yes, we do know she has allergy issues and no, I have not already used anything on her. As for the Benedryl the Vet did tell me to use that for MY dog…who else’s dog would my Vet give me suggestions about? Anyway, I was just hoping I could do something for her before she can see the vet. I guess not but, I will keep up with the Benedryl- 1 pre measured tsp a day until I get to the vet.

Don’t use any human products on your dog unless directed to do so by your vet. If it’s an infection, antibiotics are needed to clear it up. nothing else will cure it except antibiotics. i would suggest calling your vet and asking him/her for a possible temporary solution. or take her into an emergency clinic and get help there.

My pharmacist hit on me the other day when I was picking up my Valtrex prescription. He gave me his personal cell number and I called it last night and we talked about a threesome with my husband. He knows about the medically controlled herpes (meaning no active flare ups) obviously and he shared that he has HSV also. He said he does homeopathic remedy for them and rarely has flare ups. I am pretty nervous about this since they aren’t medically controlled. The deal breaker for me is that I am totally turned off by the kooky homeopathy and somewhat turned off by the occasional flare ups he says he still has.

How do I call the deal off?

Last year i suffered from Severe ear infections.Therefore i had taken lots of antibiotics(i was given Ciproflaxin 500mg dialy two tablets)approx for 5 months continuously.After that i shifted to alternative medicines Homeopathy,and with God grace i hav much better now(almost 99 percent cure).Nw one day i was reading on Net that overdose of antibiotics can cause kidney failure.From that day i use to remain in depression because of the damage antibiotic Must have done to my kidneys.Right now i dnt feel any problem of kidney,But still i m very much afraid that in future if my kidney would go fail etc etc.
My age is 24 years old.I m 100 percent healthy now but still so many thoughts haunt me every time like–In future i could have to suffer from kidney failures etc etc.Please suggest me how to settle these thoughts.Is it True that if you have taken antibiotics for 5 months continuouslyly then sooner or lator ur kidneys will fail.

That’s not nearly enough antibiotics to cause kidney failure. You did NOT overdose. You took a regular dose at a regular interval. Your system had enough time to clean up. You’re young enough to recover any damage, even if there was some.

Homeopathy and Alternative “medicines” carry more serious poisoning risks than normal medicine does. It’s not regulated or cleaned most of the time. It could hurt you worse. Just be careful.

I wouldn’t worry about it. See if your doctor will order some lab tests to asses your kidney function to ease your mind. If your results come out normal, there should be no concern that you will have any issues later due to the antibiotic. Continued use and overdose are two completely different things. If you didn’t experience any kidney issues while you were on the antibiotics, you should be fine. I would be more concerned about the health of your ears and finding the cause of the infection so you don’t get one again.
