I’d like to ask for a superficial comment on this. Recently my girlfriend started to take some diet complement that her mother brought her somewhere here in Mexico. The product is called Sib Svelt, there is not record of a product named like that in English and since it is ‘homeopathic’ it can get away without proving it’s contents are all good.
According to the bottle every pill contains:
Artichoke Extract
Senna Leave
Jamaica
L Carnitine
Bromelaine
Garcinia Cambogia
Some Magnesium extract (supposedly works as lubricant)
Now, my question is, does anything in that list of seemingly harmless ingredients can cause Blurred Vision in a woman?
Additionally, if not, could it be attributed to sexual activity (cough*pregnancy) or diabetes?
@Aunt Jayne
Thanks for the tip, I’m well aware of this. However it is Boyfriend VS Mom, who gave and recommended the pills, so no contest there. Though after bringing up the Hepatoxicity of Garcinia Cambogia her mother gave in and advised against the pills.
Next I’m also aware that poor vision problems should be always consulted with a doctor, however, given the time we are at, in the least and superficial way I was after general hints as to if blurred vision may be caused by the diet complement, or pregnancy or even the possibility of Diabetes (given she has a family history and is a bit overweight).
It’s a petty concern at this hour perhaps, but it would ease our minds to know a bit of the possible causes based on what has changed in her diet and lifestyle recently.
I’ve always had the best eye sight, I even had a Dr tell me 2 yrs ago that it couldn’t be better. But I think it’s starting to get bad. =o(
I’m squinting to read anything, especially farther away from me like on a TV screen or street sign, and my eyes don’t adjust quickly at all anymore. Bright sun or lights get to me too.
So I was wondering if my vision problems I’ve been experiencing for about 4 months now is just eye strain (I do a lot of computer work & also work on tiny parts so I’m constantly squinting) that will get better if I rest my eyes for a while, or is it normal and I’ll end up with glasses? (Of course I’m going to an eye doctor when our insurance kicks in, in a couple months.)
But could anyone tell me if there is anything I can do to improve it? Like if I DO rest my eyes, or is their vitamins or minerals or something homeopathic I can take to improve them back to what I’m used too? Can I do anything?
This is probably an odd question, but i’ve never had eye issues so I really don’t know anything about it.
Help and Thank-you. 10 points for best answer!
Of late I started getting double vision in my left eye. That is to say when I look at a pole it appears to be split into two. Similarly all other objects appear in twos instead of one.
The eye specialist only blinked without offering any solution. Probably in allopathy there is no remedy. Someone told me there may be some remedy in homeopathy.
Does anybody know about this? If so, please pass it on. Thanks.
Also, how can I get better vision without taking vitamins and how can I get rid of the black bags without vitamins?
Thanks!
