Question by Allie: Would herbal supplements in a teen cause breast growth?
Ok you may or may not have seen my previous questions about breast growth since I have alot, but I’m 16 and am only an A cup. I really have trouble finding shirts that fit me and am not happy with how they look. I don’t really care what guys think b/c I’m in a serious relationship of 3 years. I just want better fitting shirts. So if I started taking breast supplements would it induce growth since I’m still in puberty?

Usually, so called herbal supplements for breast growth, either don’t make any difference or cause side effects. So, instead of taking such supplements on your own, consult a doctor or add foods to your diet that are said to induce breast growth like dairy products and protein rich diet.

I have been on a school trip were we had to stay some were for a week. But since then i have been tested by other girls because i don’t use a a lot of hair care stuff. All i do is brush when need which usually is once or twice a day then wash when it’s need. Why is it weird! Should i do more to my hair?
