Question by Ale BB: I get a cold EVERY other week since February!!!?
I take multivitamins for women, I take vitamin C and Zinc. I do Bikram yoga 3 times a week and walk everywhere. I sleep at least 6-9 hours a night. I eat healthy, fruits, salads, chicken, sushi, lentils, vegetables, etc…
I am a single mother of a 3 year old, I work full time, I am a singer and work late nights 3-4 nights a week, I live in Mexico City (have lived here for two years)… I smoke (tobacco) every once and a while, but not regularly.
I have been getting terrible colds literally almost every other week since February of this year. Different types, losing my voice, hurting to swallow, weak body, NO FEVER, and always MUCUS. Sometimes the mucus is an orange juice color. Sometimes I have pain in my ears. I have taken antibiotics, gone to an acupuncturist, tried homeopathy…
I AM STARTING TO GO CRAZY!!

You probably haven’t been getting the right vitamins or stuff. Plus smoking weakens your immune system, which isn’t good & that will cause you to get sick.

my hands are shaking since I am studying in seventh division. Now I am Thirty years old still it is there consulted with many Neurologists and taken many types of medicines including Ayurvedic and Homeopathic still it is there. Now I don’t like to go in parties, functions etc. because I cannot take food and not able to receive any thing from an unknown person my hand shakes more. At the same time sweating will be there, heart beat increases and my hands shakes heavily.

Sounds like you suffer from anxiety. Talk to a psychologist who specializes in treating anxiety disorders.

She lifted a bucket on 1st Nov 2005 with jerk. 5 MRIs have only detected a small muscle tear in the left shoulder muscle? Neurology and neuro surgeons wondering what is the cause? Pain killers are killing appitite and weight continuosly and she lost about 15 Kgs out of 60 Kgs so far. To whom to refer. Auyurved panch karma, homeopathy, Allopathy some occulty procedures done and pligrimage Mahamritunjay path etc done but in vain? My wife Asha Soni is 58 years and I satish 65 yrs old. Our retired life is becomimg unbearable and hell on the earth. Please help & suggest to whom to refer and who can diagnose or treat it???

There are pain clinics opening up around the US. This is where I am going for the constant pain of a disorder I have gotten from having a broken foot six years ago. They can do what is called a nerve block to stop the pain or various other means like pain patches, etc.

Sir, I undergone Open Heart surgery (Double Valve replacement) in 2004 since them I am suffering from hoarseness and cold. Because of it I cannot speak clearly I tried out Allopathy, Homeopathy and Ayurvedic but it never worked. Since DVR performed I have to take Blood Thinner (Warfarin 5 mg 1OD, Ecosprin 75 1AD and Monotrat 5 mg AD)
Could you suggest me any treetment (medicines) and doctor in delhi NCR

You may have to talk to your doctor or may acquire a new doctor to help you with your issues. The problem is that even if one is a doctor here, they would have to view your medical records to make a sound judgment. If someone were to give you advice without even knowing you, I would be very skeptical because they would have to know your medical history first. Good luck in gaining what you want!

hi!
when i was a student of 8th class i suddenly felt some pain and stress in my eyes and head. so i got checked up within 2-3 months. initially, i had to wear glasses (1.50 cylinder) by the suggestion of eye specialist.
now i am 24 and the glasses intensity has been increased up to 2.75 cylinder.
i want to get rid of my specs and i wanna live a normal life like others.
if there is some suitable remedy in homeopathy then please suggest me and make me feel normal.

Unfortunately, as you get older, so do your eyes, and you will always need to wear prescription lenses of some sort.

This is as normal as life gets. Life is never perfect – I am sorry to say. No one, absolutely no one has a perfect life. Or for that matter – uh, normal.

There are some books available on doing eye exercises, but really, what works to maintain eye health is what works for all the rest of your body – rest, good nutrition, exercise and the like.

I never ever recommend laser surgery unless the prescription is abnormally high or low, as this procedure introduces you to unnecessary risk and expense.

Your prescription is not that bad. Consider this – there are people out there leading ‘normal’ lives with Rx’s of + or – 8 or more.

Focus on developing your personality, education and experience – and you will have the life to be envied by all these so called other normal lives.

Get a great pair of fashion frames and make a statement!

am calling the doctor now; have tried to treat it with homeopathy and some basic first aid, but the situation seems not to be going away as hoped.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Am calling the health line now.

It could be a heat-sweat rash OR it could be lice too. Are you noticing any little white nits in the back of your head? You could also be havin an allergic reaction to something to-It would be best to call your Dr and let him handle it.

I have tried all kinds of medicines i.e pain relievers, muscle relaxants etc. Have gone to physiotherapic sessions plus exercises as well. Short Wave Daithermy and Ultrasound are the main treatments which I have done. I have also tried Homeopathic treatment. Nothing works. It has been 6 months since I first felt pain in my Lower back. Please suggest what to do as I have to resume my job and I am under great stress. Thanks.

Q.1) I am suffering from throat irritation since last 8 years. I had gone to several ENT, have done lots of xrays and homeopathic doc. too but no results. I faced lots of problems while communicating verbally either its a meetings, presentations, interviews, chat with family and friends. In a every minute irritation happened almost more than 10 times.
Here in my case irritation means in Hindi “khich khich” To understand better we all have seen one advertisement of Vicks. where they say “Vicks ki goli lo, khich khich dur karo”.
Please help It affect my job very badly.

Q.2) I am suffering some allergy since last 3 years. Since last 2 & 1/2 years I am taking Tablet xysal in once in every week. Once in every week, since last 2&1/2 years my body starts itching, it happens in my entire body from head to toe than I take 1 tab xysal and feel relax. But I don’t want to follow this process thru out my life. The body place where itching happen it becomes reddish and itching happen very badly. Please help.

I undergone test of T.B. and also met T.B. speacialist. But everything is normal.What other Tests should I go for it? I have 5mm stone in my right Kidney.For that,I am taking Homeopathic medicine.My temperature remains between normal to 100.When I eat heavy and gone to sleep,my temp. comes down.In emergency ,i take half tablet of Nicipplus.On my doctor’s advise,I took following medicines.Levobact 500 mg for 7 days on two occassions.Recently, i completed antibiotic course of medicine Moxikind-CV 625 mg (3 tablets a day for 7 days).Since 3-4 months,I don’t feel weakness and also i did not lost any weight.I also undergone Malaria and Typhoid test thrice in 3 months,but results were normal. The reason for blood infection not known to me and to my Doctor.Can anybody help?
