zinc supplement like zicam or cold eeze and lots and lots od water. Also (I just started doing this this past autumn)I use a Neti pot a few time a week and I haven’t had a sinus infetion all season ( i usually get them bad!)

I have a sterling silver toe ring (which I’ve worn for years) and all of a sudden, it’s started to discolor. What’s the best home remedy to remove the discoloration?

I’ve used vinegar and baking soda, allowing the silver to soak for about 15 minutes or until it is cleaned. I used this solution on a sterling silver commemorative plaque..worked very well. Likely the acidic change in your body chemistry has resulted in this change…if this is bothering you…check your diet for any changes in eating habits you’ve made since you noticed this color change, otherwise chock it up to age of the ring.
