He’s a senior dog, large mix,60 pounds or so. Limping upon rising after sitting or laying. Limp seems to get better with movement, warmth. I want to make him more comfortabe. And help him heal.

zinc supplement like zicam or cold eeze and lots and lots od water. Also (I just started doing this this past autumn)I use a Neti pot a few time a week and I haven’t had a sinus infetion all season ( i usually get them bad!)
