There are many homeopathic supplements for sale on several major retailers, and most of them have great reviews (not fake since the sites are reputable). Does this mean they all just work as a placebo, or is there enough stuff in them to actually help?

My whole families been brought up on it (: You can buy creams which stop stings & reduce bruises…
and there’s a spray which calms you down when stressed or in shock.
they’ve recently released a sleeping spray.
And Kalms also works really well. I’d say There is definitely something in them that helps. some of them may work like a placebo but others definitely have a magic ingredient of some sort (: x
