Question by Seafoodlover: Pregnant women: What precautions do you take when using household cleaning supplies?
I am scared to use any of the usual cleaning products (Pinesol, Bleach, Comet, etc.). Yesterday, I needed to wipe down my cabinets in the kitchen so I used a little Pine Sol for smell and put on some gloves. But I was reading somewhere that said pregnant women should be careful using household sprays and chemicals as it can penetrate into your skin and cross the placenta causing harm to the baby.

Use gloves, use it in a well ventilated area ( windows open, fans on, etc.) and wash your hands thoroughly when you’re done.

Some states medical plans pay for midwives. They also usually are liscensed in homeopathy, herbology, and/ natropathy. They can assist you in a hospital, home, or birth center birth. to change the sex of a fetus, you’d have to change the DNA in every cell. At this point, we can’t do that- thank God.

a few weeks ago I started getting eczema around my mouth and under my nose. It’s small blistards and they disappear just to appear in a new place very quickly. The skin is red and a little flaky. It does not itch but it looks terrible. I’ve tried a homeopathic cream but it does not work and since I am pregnant I cannot use cortison. Has anyone else experienced this? Does this have to do with the pregnancy as I never had it before? Does anyone know how to treat it and what it is?

So I have been trying to get pregnant for a while. I am a smoker (not for too much longer) and I am horribly out of shape (I’m not FAT but I could stand to loose a few pounds and tone back up)

I have been told time and time again that working out helps a LOT with getting pregnant.
I was pregnant once before back in April, but I lost the baby. 4 months later, and I am wanting to try again.

Any words of advice?
(No smart ass comments like “Quit smoking.”)
I am aware than I need to quit smoking, and I am going to be working on that this month.
But is there anything else that I could be doing to help my chances?
Homeopathic is the way I want to do things.

Help and advice is warmly welcomed.
Thanks all!

How To Take Care Of Your Pregnant Cat.

I asked this a bit ago and only got one troll answer…please help:

I am 38weeks pregnant, and for the past two months my snoring has gotten worse and worse. My poor husband is really being kept away and keeps having to move to the couch in the middle of the night…it is awful…. I have tried the nose strips and throat lubricating rinse made with essential oils and neither works. Now i just found this “SnoreStop” Naso Spray that is made with homeopathic herbs (Histaminium, Hydrastis, Kali bic, Nux vom, Teucrium mar, Belladonna), but is says on the package to “consult a doctor” if you are pregnant before use.
It is too late to call the doctor, and i wanted to use it tonight. Have any of you asked your doctor, used this product, or know whether it is safe to use during pregnancy? And, does it work?
