Question by : Please help Mom still suffering with insomnia!?
She has tried tons of homeopathic herbs and massage and can’t take most prescriptions as she has glaucoma which increases the pressure in her eyes. Anything would be helpful as she only slept 3 hours last night. She is 82 years young and is in excellent health, other than this sleep issue. Thank you so much.

Are you in a state that allows prescription Marijuana? If not there is an herb that the Native Americans use in ceremonies for smudging. It’s called White Alsatian Sage. Make a tea with it and use it. It has a nervine in it that might help some.

Hi, I am 17 years old boy and I am suffering from hair loss problem.. actually my problem started 3 years ago because of using hair gels on my hair.. i had very silky, smooth, shiny, and very thick hair and i used to apply hair gel on my hair but after using that dandruff problem started and my hair became very dull and my scalp also became very dry and flaky.. i did not knew much about hair dat time.. last year I started using SELSUN shampoo for dandruff but after using it my hair started falling like hell.. whenever I used to comb or wash my hair they fell more than normal… after that i stop using that shampoo and I consulted a homeopathic doctor to stop hair fall and to get back my lost hair.. it stopped my hair fall after few weeks and i continued my treatment so as to get rid of this problem permanently… but after some month in winter again dandruff problem started.. and i again started using that SELSUN shampoo (actually after using it again i cam to know that because of using this only my hair fall problem was started… before this i did not knew about it..) and after using it again.. my hair fall problem again started and i thought that this homeopathic treatment is of no use because i was taking it from last 10 months… later i came to know that my hair fall problem was due to using this harsh chemical based products like hair gels and shampoos… now i am very dippressed because my forehead very large and my hairlines are receding very badly.. its not a genetic problem because no one is bald in my family history.. this is because of using these products only… i wanna get back my lost hair… because of dandruff my hair roots are blocked and hair are unable to grow.. please somebody suggest me the treatment… i don’t wanna use these chemical based products like rogain or propecia because its not a genetic problem… some times i think that why actors who use gels on their hair don’t become bald ?? ANY one please suggest me some good treatment to get back my lost hair as i am very young and it is not genetic problem so i am sure that i can get my lost hairs back… i am thinking to try onion juice on my hair.. but after viewing some people’s review on it i came to now that after using it baby hair grows but they dont grow.. they remain as usual of same length.. any body please suggest me some treatment..

Sorry for the cut and paste but i just posted this:
Homeotherapy is a fake treatment based in mythology. it works on a few very wrong princples.

1. dilution makes the solution stronger, by the time you get a bottle is diluted there probably only 1 molculeor less(not an exageration) Most expensive bottle of distled water you can get.

2. this solution(thankfully is diluted) is comprised of what ever they think caused your ailment. If you have asthma they will put cockroach legs in the solution. If you want to cure a rash they will put human puss in the mix.

you really don’t want homeopathy

Addition: There have been cases of homeopathy companies secretly putting percription medication in their products cause they know they don’t work on their own.

1. yoga- practise it daily early morning on an empty stomach
2. eat a healthy diet at right time and right quantity
3. try to socialise
4. do something creative at home, like change your wardrobe, your home interiors

Hello All,

I am just 25 years old man staying at Bangalore, India and I am having EXTREMELY acute neck pain which now even extends to my sholders. I have been having this pain for last 15 years but now I cannot bear this pain. It is tooo much that I can’t forget it for even a second. I can’t even sleep.

I had tried alopethic medicines, accupressure, magnetic therapy, ayurvedic (herbal) therapy, homeopathy and many more in past and now for last some years have stopped believing on any drugs or therapy. I cannot live with this much pain.

Friends, please guide me what can I do to relieve this pain.

Could be a pinched nerve. Go see a Chiropractor or Physiotherapist. Anti inflammation drugs might also help.

You could also have a look at buying a TENS machine to try and manage the pain yourself.

Thats not a good sign! Sounds like too much milk. You want to avoid milk! Cause milk can cause your body to make alot of mucus in your intestines. Also, candida! Candida is a type of yeast. It exists in every living creature. However, if your digestive tract is out of wack do to a weakened immune system, or simply an inbalance in friendly bacteria, they can take over! And that can cause alot of serious health problems. There is a supplement known as: Potassium Iodide. I have used it and it works very well! Bread, donuts, Pizza, those thing can cause you to feel “Bloated all the time. Instead eat bacon and eggs, and a healthy lunch and dinner. Avoir anything that is like Bread. Take pro-biotic supplements and eat yogurt and cottage cheese every now and then. These will help to create more intestinal flora. owwwwwwwwwww! So I’ve seen a poditrist, a foot expert at roadrunner, FOUR acupuncturists, a reflexologist and a ROLF therapist. Thus far only the poditrist was keenly familar with this condition. Of course he was the only one pushing for the non holistic treatment- cortisone shots and if that doesn’t work after a period of time- then the dreaded surgery.

I’ve got big ugly shoes now, try to rest (unsuccesfully) take a herbal anti- inflammatory and homeopathic things. I’ve also for the last week have worn a big, strapped boot with a crutch like what they give you after surgery. The boot has alleviated a little of the walking pain but not all.
What can else can I do? It’s been two months and I’m getting really frustrated with feeling like a cripple. Please help. I live in San Diego.

By the way- after doing the research I don’t want the ineffective shots or the surgery risk.

This won’t cure your condition, but you may get some relief by raising the blankets off your feet at night. Okay I am 17 and I have had this ear wax problem for most of my teenage life.. (you will probably wonder why I haven’t done anything about it already)

My ear wax in my left ear is really smelly (not like normal smell of ear wax) almost a mix of marmite and metal lol as weird as that sounds x] and I have been masking the smell by putting cotton wool in it all the time.. It has a slight reddish tinge to it, and I have tried ear drops but it hurt which is probably something to be concerned about because they work fine in my other ear.

We are a homeopathic family and I used to see a homeopath about it, but I am a very shy timid person and I hated it. Then my dad would take the mick out of me because of it which would lower my confidence even more. I dont want to see a doctor about it because of this, and my mum and dad dont know about it anymore, they think it has cleared up..

Are there any natural remedies that I can easily do at home that might help this problem?

Also what could this be? An infection?

I had that once, went doctors and they said to stick warm olive oil in my ear and drain it out it helps clean them or you could go to them for ear syringing but im sure theyre recommend the oil first. or just got chemist and by some ear stuff
