Question by becarefulofthelittleangel: I went down to my local health food store and they had all of these homeopathic medicine sprays. Do they work?
When I asked the owner he got snippy telling me everyone’s body is different, blah blah blah. The one I was interested in was one that helped with weight loss. I simply asked him if others found success with this product. He didn’t give me a straight answer. He only said he sells a lot of them and most people have success.

There is no proof that homeopathic remedies help with weight loss. The only healthy way to lose weight (and people seem to have a real hard time accepting this) is to eat less and exercise more.
