Question by John S: What “Over The Counter” Wart medication works best for a child, specifically on the bottom of two toes?
I know about Compound W, and other Salicylic Acid products, but these only prolong the problem. I’ve seen a product you can purchase which supposedly freezes the warts off. This normally is the way doctors will treat it in their office. I’m even open to homeopathic remedies that someome may have had success with.

The freezing process is probably best. My daughter had a lot of warts on her hands, and we were forever treating them with Compound W, or the “band-aid” type of wart removers… they took forever and sometimes would leave her hands with sores. We finally tried “Dr.Scholl’s Freeze Away”, and it worked really well. The product cost us approx $ 20.

Question by KSTUDENT ~~: Strongest over the counter or homeopathic insomnia medicine?
Does anyone know what this is?! Sominex, Benadryl, Unisom, all do not work, neither does Melatonin or Valerian….. ???

You have pretty much trialed the gamut. I think you would be best served with a prescription of Ambien. The generic will do fine. Don’t let anyone sell you on the Ambien Controlled release. It takes Ionger to work.

Don’t go the tylenol PM or Advil PM route. That can make for some real problems. Don’t try the Nyquil deal either. These will cause liver function tests to elevate, cause ulcers, and you don’t need the additional ingredients.

Wine, beer, Vodka and other liquors are Stimulants. You will fall asleep, however within hours you will be awake having a hard time returning to sleep.

Your body will sleep when it is ready.

i’m on this whole homeopathic-holistic lean and i just wanna get a serious answer…also I have sensitive skin and eczema…thanx

He hurt his leg by it being caught in a door while it was closing. I don’t think the leg is broken, but he is holding it up. I can’t afford a vet and need to treat him at home. I have him in an aqaurium with a heating pad underneath. I know he is in pain and want to give him something to ease that if possible.

My skin is very dry. I need a cleanser and moisturizer that doesn’t irritate my skin. Is there anything out there that will make my face appear less red?
