Question by Cody: Child rights in New York State (rochester)?
Hi,
Im 16 and my father wants to forcefully take me to see a homeopathic docter to “Balance” out my body, (anger, ect…) is there any written law, stateing I as a child have the right to protect my self from any and all medication he would like me to be on, or prescribed by a docter?

IMPORTANT!!!!
I need exact, correct info, and today would be extremely Appreciated please.

I’ve looked around and cannot find anything specific for New York. If you have the time, call the Child (Welfare) Services office in your area and ask them. If they can’t give you any advice, refuse to go with your father.
