Author: I have been on an ever increasing dose of Xanax for the last 5 years. I am now at 3mg/day. I have been at this dosage for maybe two years now. It doesn’t seem to be working anymore, and I’m looking for alternative, homeopathic suggestions. I am under the guidance of a psychologist and psychiatrist and have a good network of doctors, but I am at a loss right now. I can’t sleep, eat, sit still, anything. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions anyone out there may have. I am considering homeopathic alternatives but don’t know where to start.
