Author: During the first few hours of my mensuration i get so much pain..i cant even bear it and end up crying all the tym.i have had to miss classes and functions due to this.i tried many ayurvedic,allopathic and homeopathic medicines but to no avail.help!!!!

have you tried Feminax, thats the best thing there is that i’ve found in the UK, but if you are elsewhere then not sure what it would be.
I woudl go to the doctor. Perhaps they will pout you on the Pill to help and ease the pain and severity of the periods
Take a pain killer before it starts. If you have access to Ayurvedic medicine, there are some good medicines, visit a vaid and follow his advise.
have you tried going on the contraceptive pill, this sorted mine out in a few months, you may have to try a couple of different sorts . .
