Does anyone know how long ascension has been happening, in relation to the events to take place in 2012?

Before responding, please consider the following:

1. I am not, nor have ever identified with being a New Agist
2. I have not read, up until two days ago, any spiritual/religious material except the Bible.
3. I have always identified with being a Christian; although certain excerpts of the Bible tends to confuse me.
4. I have been suffering with many different illnesses for several years and had two separate surgeries last year.
5. Upon hearing I should have a third surgery for a third completely unrelated issue I decided instead to seek the assistance of a homeopath and a chiropractor (I was actually bed ridden from having severe back pain).
6. After seeking treatment every known illness from which I suffered stopped the day I began taking the homeopathic medicine. I had also altered my diet (vegetarian) and eat 90% organic prior to this time.

Something else happened after I began taking the medicine. I began having ascension symptoms. The typical stuff… falling through the bed, out of body experiences (semi-conscious), mild and extreme vibrations, visions when going off to sleep/waking up/going about my day to day life, and simply feeling different (amongst many other profound experiences). Upon reading some material I learned that I could have possibly been feeling this for years, but due to being in a negative vibrational state it manifested as very painful experiences. I recall even seeing a neurologist to figure out what was going on with me. Now these vibrations and other experiences are more enjoyable for the past two months. I should also note that I have had many profound spiritual experiences since I was a child that suddenly stopped for many years and began again with greater intensity after taking the homeopathic medicine.

My question is, have we been ascending for years? Are we all ascending? When did this start? Is it possible that this could have started a very long time ago, but just now being recognized? Based on my symptoms I am assuming I have been going through this for at least five years, and possibly many more.

Thanks for your input! Please, no negative responses or unrelated references to reading the Bible and praying. I do refer to the Bible and pray to the one God constantly… not just three times a day.

Sorry guys… don’t have sleep apnea nor any other form of sleep disorders, nor any form of psychosis for that matter. I have never had a full out of body experience, just feelings of leaving my body and returning and memories of having visited places that are far from my kitchen. Looking for intelligent answers only.

The only notable event that will take place in 2012 will be the Olympics.
(And a lot of silly faces being laughed at around Christmas)

It sounds like you have a sleep disorder, maybe cuased by your medicine.

Sweetie, you have some additional problems besides the physical ones you have listed. I suggest you seek some professional help for your psychological issues exacerbated by your physical condition.

You have a sleep disorder. Sleepwalking and waking dreams are both red flags indicating that your normal sleep patterns are being interrupted by some kind of event during the night, possibly sleep apnea. Could also be that your body isn’t releasing the hormones needed to paralyze you during sleep to keep your from acting out your dreams, or you’re reaching REM sleep too early in the cycle. In any case, you need to have a sleep study performed.

I strongly suggest that you see another neurologist. All of your symptoms (including the ones leading to the surgeries) could be related to the same cause. Many neurological diseases, like multiple sclerosis, manifest with seemingly unrelated symptoms, which leads patients to delay seeking treatment. The longer you wait to see a doctor, the greater the risk of major complications.

what I am explaining here is not neccesarily my actual beliefs, in part or whole. they are matters that I have read some about and do have some opinions on, but these explanations are not inherently the opinions that I hold, but rather the summarization of the answers to your questions according to what I have read and understand of it, wether I have integrated these views into my own views or not.

the “ascention” you are directly or indirectly referring to, is a planar/dimensional phenomena as well as an individual one, and at least in some opinions it has been going on for an extremely long time, and may have “started” with the destruction of atlantis(the flood, atlantis being the last development of civilization).
it is not that it has only in the last few years become recognized, but that the nature of the increase of things(vibrational rate) has an increasing rate of growth, (think snowball efffect) such that it is more and more radical.
if you look at old uphevals, Jesus, the renaissance, industrial revolution, the 60′s, ect… you will see that if you look at it from a certain way, have symptoms of the same points of this current one, but with subtle demonstrations of it.

additionally, some feel that this time we are in now, is “it”, and that waves of newer, differently originated souls are incarnating, “indigo children” and “crystal children” and such, people whos spiritual foundation and soul-nature is different than the norm, that these people are more facilitated, or will be, to the new world that is coming. I think the general view of this is that “indigos” started showing up 30ish years ago, (slightly earlier but only in notable amounts around then) and increasing amounts since then. Crystal children being the next step after that who are yet more different.

some feel that the increase in technology is part of it all, that as the general vibrational rate increases, it indirectly results in a perceived increase of speed (in life, ect) and that the technology increase is in a sense, an adaptation for that,

reading I suggest:
“The Celestine Prophecy” this is a fiction book, but it portrays some very real things in a fictional way.
and this one is a bit more obscure, but if you can find it perhaps look for a book called “What is Lightbody” its rather “out there” and I have not read it all, and I do not agree with it all, but you might find it interesting.

also I reccomend looking into “A Course in Miracles” it is not directly involved with the ascention stuff, but its a christian take on some of the things indirectly related to what you are interested in.

also, some do think many if not all of the things I’ve mentioned are crazy. I do not entirely disagree on SOME of them, and SOME of the ways SOME people try to present some of these things, I disagree with though I find some truth in some of it.
