i hv tried homeopathic medice too but it is not controlling even making it worse i eat eggs daily but hasn’t any effect till i started eating thm in summers whenever i smoke or drink alcohol they suddenly appears overnight anyone who can help me out?

Rcently diagnosed hypertensive. Obviously, I have to greatly reduce salt intake, quit smoking (I have cut back by 2/3, but am cutting back on way to quitting), and start an exercise regimen. I am currently in my second trimester of my 4th pregnancy. I have never been a huge pot smoker only once in a great while. I have never had any problems with morning sickness in any of my past pregnancies but this one is just horrible. The doctor I went to woln’t give me anything since I an not throwing up and I have tried everything they told me to do along with homeopathic remidies with no relief. Its now getting to a point where I am worried I am not eating enough for my little bean(I am lucky if I eat 1x a day and only if I smoke) and I find the only time I feel better and am able to acually eat is if I smoke. I know I have heard many people tell me thier docs/midwifes have recomended this. I don’t think I would recomend everyone do it but in an extream situation would it be ok?
No what I AM concerned about about is how good is it for the baby for me NOT BEING ABLE TO EAT?? I have been gettng less then 500 calories PER DAY so how healthy is that? If I can eat just 1 meal a day I would be good. I am not talking about sitting around all day just smoking. Only on days where its too bad for me to eat. No food=no nutrition for baby. I never smoked with my other kids, yeah I know its probably not the best thig but in this case trying to find the lesser of the 2 evils IMO.
