Question by : suffering from insomnia from past one and half years?
i m 22 years old male , i had some mental health problems ,so i took homeopathic remedy lachesis 200 c , and after that my mental health deteriorates very badly , and i had not slept after taking lachesis 200c one dose , i m very sensitive towards medicine .Some relief was given by opium 1 m , plz give some advice homeopathic doctors

You should consult a professional certified Homeopath to take your case and determine exactly what needs to be done. You may want to find a Classical Homeopath who administers remedies in water or in LM potencies that are gentler than 200C or 1M. This is a chronic health issue and you will just mess yourself up by trying to self prescribe. It doesn’t work and can lead to serious problems.

Question by : Please help Mom still suffering with insomnia!?
She has tried tons of homeopathic herbs and massage and can’t take most prescriptions as she has glaucoma which increases the pressure in her eyes. Anything would be helpful as she only slept 3 hours last night. She is 82 years young and is in excellent health, other than this sleep issue. Thank you so much.

Are you in a state that allows prescription Marijuana? If not there is an herb that the Native Americans use in ceremonies for smudging. It’s called White Alsatian Sage. Make a tea with it and use it. It has a nervine in it that might help some.
