Question by prateekf1: i am a patient of severe allergies. Could anybody help me?
I have had severe allergies for the past 2 and a half yrs now. I have tried yoga / homeopathy / alleopathy all to some extent but nothing seems to work. Also, i live in Bangalore where the climate is useful in spreading allergins

My allergies are symptomized by

1. Heavy Sneezing
2. Itching in Throat
3. Pain in the Nostrils
4. Runny / Blocked Nose
5. Often Eye Infections
6. Mild headaches
7. Very Mild Cough

They usually occur when I go out in the Sun or when I experience a sudden change in temperature like getting down from an air conditioned car or coming home after playing. I’m 13yrs old. often my sneezing bouts can last for up to 2-3 days and it takes a heavy toll on my health. Could anyone suggest any treatments
