so here’s the problem, i’ll make it short. i have pneumonia and a cough. id on’t feel sick and im on a 5 day dose of azitromicin. i just took the thiurd day’s dose. i have a sleep away camp that i am going to for two weeks and i leave next saturday. i can’t be sick at camp. so putting two and two together, i need some serious help. i will do anything, and i mean anything, to get healthy. so anything you have or know that can help me would be greatly appreciated!

if there is any sort of homeopathic medicine or some form of herb that might help please let me know! i just can’t have antacids. anywhoozle, please help me. i’ve been waiting 2 years to go to this camp and i can’t just not go. please, please please. anything!

We have a BT and she’s about a year and a half old, I took her to the vet to get vaccinations 10 days ago. In the last couple of days, she’s been hacking and coughing. It is akin to a cat with a hair ball, but I’ve never seen anything come out (nose or mouth). Could the vaccinations have made her a little sick, like children can after their shots? Pup is due back for booster shots in another 10 days, should I just ask the vet about it then? Is there any homeopathic remedy for the coughing (she’s 19.7 lbs). Thanks!

Question for anyone who knows… my son (2 years old) has a bad cold (in his chest). The doc told me to give him delsym (12-hour), which I did at 11:15 AM today. It hasn’t helped at all. I just bought some homeopathic cough syrup (Children’s Chestal Honey from Boiron). Can I give it to him now, or do I have to wait until 11:15 tonight? (He’s had nothing else in terms of meds.)

my 8 month old has developed a chesty cough but has no head cold or runny nose. its just begun and i am looking for something to cure it before it gets worse as i dont want to end up with a prescription for antibiotics.

First off i have what feels like the FULL ON flu! My mom had it and then my infant daughter. I have what feels like fluid in my ears, a stuffy/runny nose, an itchy, painful when swallowing throat, a deep chest heaviness accompanied with coughing, and a fever. I am currently on a medication for panic an anxiety, as well as insulin for being a diabetic. I CAN NOT take anything that will make me drowsy or disoriented because i have to take care of my baby, but i am SO miserable. Does anyone know of anything i can take over the counter, or maybe even do like a homeopathic remedy. I’m about to go to the store to buy whatever the most people suggest, so i need the answer ASAP! Thanks in advance! BTW….does Zycam REALLY work?

Ever since bringing home my kitten, zac, from the local shelter he was ill and ended up getting my 2 other cats, mark and sis, sick. After running out of money, taking them to the first vet with 20 bottles of antibiotics and 5 months of it not helping I took the cats, all 3, to someone else who came highly recommended. I was supposed to be $38 per cat just for the visit. It ended up costing me $235! And this vet stunk too not only did she not even ASK me if I could afford the 6 shots she gave my cats, she just wiped out the needles, one of which she broke off in my cat!!!!!!!!!!! pulled it out and stuck a new one in him, mark, I was almost in shock! She made them WORSE!!!!!!!!!!!!! That night the cats ran such a high fever, and they were ok before I took them there, that my normally quiet sis meowed all night long she didn’t want me to sleep I think she was afraid to be left alone in case something happened to her! Now both mark an sis follow me from room to room. The kitten stills sneezes I’m at a loss! And completely tapped out money wise and energy wise too! I tried everywhere even other states aspca’s to get help, shelters, including the one the kitten came from, Vets everywhere to please wait for a payment but unless you come through the door showing the green they wont see you, so please don’t suggest taking the cats somewhere else or spending money I don’t have, I’m on disability and spent my food money on the vets. I even went back to the same vet office where I saw a different vet and she told me to go to Walmart and get an antihistamine ( human form ) and try that on the cats!!!!!!!!!! My question is this……… Is Oil of Oregano and olive leaf extract bad or dangerous to cats and kittens or are they ok to give them? So far I’ve tried some homeopathic things on them and some Vit C an A&D an E to no avail. Now the kitten has started losing his teeth, I think he swallowed one the other day too I heard him what sounded like him coughing or choking on something by the time I got there he was just swallowing over an over again I had no idea kittens lost there baby teeth I hope he didn’t swallow one by accident! Will it pass out of him safely if he did? I thank you for any advice you guys have I’m at the end of my rope after 5 months of this. Thank you.
