Question by peter: What exercise equipment should I buy?
I would like to purchase one piece of exercise equipment for home use that would give me the best cardio workout.
I know elliptical machines are highly thought of, but can someone suggest the best make/model that would burn the most calories in 30 minutes if the exercises are done correctly on the machine?

I use an elliptical for that. If you don’t have one to use, or can’t afford one, I would suggest doing lunges with weights in your hands, or even doing wall sits.
