My friend straightened her hair everyday which stunted her hair growth. But then I introduced her to an amazing vitamin that promotes nail/hair growth. She had a BUNCH of split ends so I was actually pretty amazed that the vitamin still worked. You can find them at Walgreens. They’re called Biotin. I use them whenever I have a bad hair cut, or if I just want my hair to grow faster.
