Have used this for years. Used after a thyroid removal and even the doctor commented on how I had much less swelling than is expected with that surgery. He said other patients had used it with the same results, but he could not order it. He did write permission for me to take it in the recovery room. It works. I have used it after many head and neck/ skin cancer surgeries with great results, less swelling means less pain

The gel is wonderful. Even a fall up the back stairs with a huge bang on the shin never even bruised because I ran for the arnica gel and slathered it on the area. I expected to wake up the next day, sore and black and blue, but I was pleasantly surprised. no bruising at all. Highly recommend.

great for aches and pains. I took it for fibromylagia and had good relief. Only problem with it is if taken for long periods you can get chronic heartburn as a side effect.

Great before and after hiking, February 14, 2007

I carry the arnica pellets with me every time i go hiking. just few tiny drops before and after and bye bye muscle cramps.sometimes when i go extreme or for a long stay(week or so) i use the arnica cream also from Boiron. Highly Recommended.
