I think I have chronic fatigue syndrome. This has been going on for many years (following a car accident), but every year it gets worse. I am so disabled that I can barely get out of bed, and then I feel so sleepy I have to quickly take care of business and then back to bed to recoup. Is there anything that can make me not so sleepy? Even the Provigil barely helps (it’s a drug to stimulate me). Sometimes I feel like I can’t function at all, and go into a deep sleep.

Could this be environmental? Allergies? And most of all, what will reverse this condition before it does affect my heart from lack of exercise? I’m really worried. 44 years old. Non smoker, don’t drink. Will a homeopathic doctor help?

I’m divorced with primary placement of my daughter (I have her 100% of the time). I get to claim my daughter as a dependent each year. However, my ex-wife pays for half of the day care.

I adopted a lab a few years ago. Shortly after I got him, he had to be treated for mange. It was $100 per treatment (and we had to do 2) just for the medicine, not including the required vet visits for checks and rechecks. I have 2 dogs and take very good care of both of them. They get their food even when I go without. They get their regular medicines even when I have to go without mine.
