It has recently come to my attention from a chiropractor that I need to see an acupuncturist. My question is do they really help the headaches as they say it does? I have had headaches for over 6 years now and have been on several different medications, and have tried numerous ways of managing the pain homeopathic-ally. I have tried traction, chiropractics, and muscle relaxants too name a few. So again will acupuncture really help with my headaches that I am getting everyday?

I already use a prescribed nasal spray, allergy pill and I do a sinus rinse everyday. I’m looking for possible home remedies and/or homeopathic remedies. Or just about anything that might help the problem(runny nose, dry sinus’, plugged sinus’ and sinus headaches).
