Hi, ya’ll! To all my herbalists, homeopathic gurus, massage therapists, acupuncturists, or just experienced…ya know who you are! My grandmother has tried all the cholestoral medications you’ve seen on commercials, to have to stop due to severe leg pain. I really think that there is a difference in vitamin quality that varies from brand to brand. I recently bought some Hy-Vee brand, Target brand, Nature Made, and Origins vitamins. How well, in your experience, do these brands of vitamins stack up against others?

I have naturally curly hair that i got highlited about 2 months ago, my hair is dry, and probably a little bit damaged from straightening it often. I’m also starting to get a few split ends here and there. I want to know the best line of hair care products no matter how expensive, please tell me where i can buy these also. I would really prefer if a hair styilest to answer, but as long as you know wat your talking about i’m all ears. Oh, i dont care the price, as long as i can get it somewhere local like CVS, or at a barber shop. THX!

I have occasional bouts of anxiety that can be triggered by situations that are unfamiliar to me, pms, & insomnia. I’ve tried prescriptions (ativan, xanax) but I’ve just moved, & understandably, my new doc (psychiatrist) isn’t real gung-ho on just dosing a controlled substance. My insomnia (it’s a circle – I’m thinking too much, can’t fall asleep, brain goes into over-drive, still can’t sleep, then I start getting anxious & around 3am I’m crabby & tired & unable to sleep) I’ve tried Lunesta, Rozerem, & Ambien to no avail. Stronger drugs work; but I wake up so tired/hung-over. Melatonin gives me nightmares. Searching on the internet, I read about 2 homeopathic remedies… arsenicum album & lycopodium. Does anyone know anything about these guys? Can they be taken together? How should they be dosed? Etc? I *don’t* want to get high, I don’t want to “escape”… I just want something that works & not something to take every day/several times a day — only when needed & a few doses are ok.
What about GABA? What is it and how does it work? I promise to reward for best answer… please, lots of details. Thank you and All the Best!
