As everyone knows diet and nutrition are important to health. What you may not realize however is that it is important to a woman’s sexual health as well. As a woman ages her hormone levels decrease. Diets that are high in fat in addition to being bad for your heart are also bad for your sexual well-being. The reason the exercise is good for sexual health is because of the blood flow and the fact that it keeps you healthy. It makes you ready for a good, healthy sexual experience. Working out reduces your stress level. An orgasm reduces your stress level. So both your physical and sexual exercise are benefiting your healthy lifestyle.

One of my cats has a bad case of ear mites in only one of his ears. It is really starting to bother him. I try to clean them out/get rid of them with Q-tips, but they just keep multiplying/leaving the gunk in his ears. He has some bleeding now because of the mites. Will hydrogen peroxide kill the mites and sooth his pain? I am looking for a homeopathic remedy if possible. Thanks.
I had put some vegetable oil in his ears, but obviously didn’t do it enough days to kill them off. I did buy some ear mite killer today. It is a medicated oil that is supposed to kill the mites on contact. So far, he isn’t very happy with the treatment. His ear is in a weird position, and he doesn’t look happy. I hope it is killing the mites and that he will feel better soon. I will make sure I treat him every day so that it works. I assume it will take a week. Poor, poor kitty…
