i have cystic ovaries and irregular cycles. they go from anywhere between 35 days to 60 days long with a 4 day menses in between. i have tried different bc pills and recently the patch.

i am sick of all the bad that comes from them. i get sick on the pills, now on the patch my asthma is playing up and i hear i have an increased risk of stroke (just found out a friend online had a stroke due to this very patch)

I’ve heard that most vitamins pass right through the body, without being absorbed. If I’m going to take vitamins, I want them to be effective by being absorbed as close to 100% as possible. Are there any studies that show which brand of vitamins the body absorbs most efficiently?
I don’t think I worded my question precisely. I didn’t mean vitamins from foods, I meant vitamin supplements. Sorry about that…
